Hello, the same thing happened to me, for no apparent reason I cannot connect to the server with the phone with the message "lichess org is unreachable. Failed to fetch." but yes with a tablet or computer. I have also tried reinstalling liches but I still can't connect. Android v 6.0.1

Me too. Yesterday (27.03) in the afternoon it still worked but since the evening it has not been working: lichess org is unreachable. Failed to fetch. Phone cache cleaning or lichess app reinstallation didnt work. I logged on computer to check the forum and write this post.
This is exactly why I don't use Android.
Same here! At least, the developers could confirm. Silence is not an answer. Say, it's broken and make sense.

The general recommendation is to access lichess.org via the mobile web browser, as a new version of the app is being worked on. Can you use lichess through your web browser on your tablets / phones?

On phone browser it work prtially. It seems I can start a new game in the browser. But when I click puzzles in the browser, the app launches and the problem comes back.
