When I create a game I cannot change the interval of my opponent's rating. The buttons are stuck at -500 + 500.
This is because your rating is provisional (this is what the question mark indicates). Once you have played enough games in that particular time control, your rating will not be provisional any more and you will be able to select your opponent rating with those sliders.
