Regarding the health - he is very well organized and creative and aggressive (Maria Angelo) - i don't think that there is any 47" last train depression involved, wouldn't worry about health but its good to keep cool. I think thats what N78 was afraid : prosecuting without a reasonable suspicion.

On the other hand, it shows a way to promote that kind of a product - if he only could proove that indeed the standard board was drilled through and there are 800 of 10-cent electromagnets in use and admit it will never genuinely work with a chess site as there is no API for e-boards.

BTW - i think when Eric Rosen used some blind mode he could input the moves by the algebraic notation - how is that working, any browser plugin involved? On the other hand Andrew Tang has some nice plugin that says the move that oponent played - how to get it?
