I think this depends on what type of tournament and what link.
For example, in a private tournament, a link to your next team event might be fine.
In a public tournament, posting links to your team or other tournaments would be considered spam or advertising.
Generally, posting links to unrelated stuff like youtube links etc should be a no-go in either case.
