The easiest way would probably be to have a 2900 rapid rating and then lose a lot of games.

Plant a one foot tall cactus with lots of thorns. Sit on it every day and accept whatever injuries occur. Do this for 5 years or until you reach 2800. For quicker results, sit on the cactus 2 times per day, once at sun rise and once at sun set. No screaming.
