Can't Castle in my Game!

I'm trying to castle in this game


and am unable. You can confirm this on the analysis board - not sure how the bug happened.

Can you please fix it before my clock runs out? :-)

I closed and reopened the app and website several times. The issue is present on the app and the website.

It's from position, and apparently it was decided in the FEN to play without castling.

Oh I understand, its because I set it up to play without a rook.

No, it is because in ‘castling’, you need to set it for black to castle queenside.

Okay, where'd Black's other rook go?
