Sandbagging is running rampant and goes unpunished / Reports are ineffectual

Lichess used to do a great job at dealing with sandbaggers. Reports were effective and the accounts got flagged.

But for several months now this has not been the case. There are numerous new (and old) accounts that are blatantly sandbagging. Not trying to call out any particular users here so I won't post any names, but it's fairly obvious (and I do have a list). Massive losing streaks to 900 rated players, only to turn around and play at a high level in a bullet tournament.

Not sure if the pandemic has caused an influx of users and it's getting harder to accurately parse and take action on reports, but it's extremely troubling that this has gone on so long. It's quite frustrating to lose a bunch of rating to a 2400+ player that is masquerading as a 1500. Surely something can be improved upon here?
Pattern is always the same, new accounts, going down to 600 especially in bullet, then plow through u1500, u1700 and u2000 with a performance way above 2000, and reports don't help. It's a nuisance.

@Diwaditya Thanks buddy. If you read my post OR the title you'll notice that I mention reporting. It hasn't worked for reporting sandbagging for months now. In fact, there's a sandbagger in the tournament I'm in RIGHT NOW.

@Diwaditya My growing list of accounts that engage in sandbagging says otherwise. Reports have done nothing for months.

@Diwaditya Why do you keep upvoting yourself? I'm downvoting because you are not helpful whatsoever. I mentioned reporting yet you keep harping on about it. Why are you asking inane questions? Obviously I know what sandbagging is or I wouldn't make this topic.

As the number of users increase, the task of the moderator becomes harder. I think the lichess team needs more moderators.
