Titled players are automatically qualified to stage 2.

Hello; I have a question : if a player is qualified and play again a tournament; this player take a qualification or the number 51 is qualified ?

I have read the rules of this tournament and I have questions.

Can I qualify for both Qualifying Arenas?
I have qualified for one of them, so can I qualify for the another one as well, so I could choose which one to play in, or could I play in both as they may be organized in different times?
