Game analysis

Here is a rapid (10 + 0) game I had recently, where I had to push a lot of pawns, things for which I am not the best usually. I think I performed well at it until I blundered, and then make several defensive mistakes.

I would enjoy any inputs on how to improve my play. I have already analysed the game mainly by hand so that you can see my thoughts during the game and now.

I think you had a fine position till the moment you blundered
One thing to comment though
"offer my bad bishop for a knight..."
Someone once said "the worst bishop is better than the best knight
Plus, your bishop is tremendous on c5, its better than any knight would ever be
