Using the same openings over and over

Greetings-I'm new to chess and have become very comfortable with my little array of openings (1 for white, 2 for black). I have recently been playing and perfecting these openings repeatedly but worry I'll get stuck in flexibility for other openings. Do any seasoned players have advice on how/when to switch things up?
If you play classical/sound openings you can keep them without switching for a very long time. As long as they provide you with complex, sound and strategically rich positions, they'll serve your improvement well.
On FICS, I played 1000 blitz games of e4 openings 10 years ago.

Just started playing again and switched to d4 on this site with 1000 games and stuck to the same 3-4 openings.

I'm surprised how even if you stick to the same 1-2 openings for black, you're out of book by move 6 all the time because your opponent plays weird moves, or is aggressive. My point is it seems you have to play several thousand games of one opening before you start seeing the same things over and over. I now understand why people stick to one opening for years---there's 100 variations.
Playing similar systems i.e. (Caro Kann, Slav, Colle System or Kings Indian Attack, Kings Indian Defense, Pirc/Modern etc.) this might help your learn themes, by utilizing these same pawn structures one learns deeper middle game/ end games themes with-in positions you're familiar with.
If you want results play something easy and clear like the scandinavian defence
If you want to improve just play main lines
Usually there is a reason why they are main lines and usually they are the most rich and difficult positions to play
If you like the openings and they suit your style, keep playing them - there's tons of flexibility down the line anyway. You can usually play something slightly more aggressive against a weaker player, and something slightly solid against a stronger player, even in a given opening system.

If they're getting stale or don't suit you, switch to something else until you find something you prefer!

The only problem I have is playing the French - I've played it for years over the board and always get interesting games, almost never the Exchange variation.

Online, tons of people (particularly people rated lower than me) seem to play the Exchange against me - my results are pretty much OK against it but it's not particularly fun...
Glancing at your games and echoing BBJ, since you play the London or Mason Attack all the time, you can branch out to the Torre Attack or Colle or Tromp.
