I don't believe it has happened often but my last game I was winning and had 5 minutes on my clock he had 3. I had to answer the door and could not get back. I am not worried about the rating loss, it is however annoying that management thinks I am mishandling my use of their site. To arbitrarily say I can be banned without asking why I let time run out is not right. I don't thing I have run time out much this year but you can check. I can however fix the whole situation, I am considering leaving the site for good, I realize this does not harm you but I may do it.
