My best friend using a chess computer???

@Great_Southern_Snake being your friend doesn't make him trustworthy. In terms of cheating, noone is foolproof trustworthy, I speak from experience. There are plenty of motives for cheating. You can check out my blog for further support

Also I don't believe that confronting them ends up productively. Many cheaters won't stop denying at all costs even if it's immensely obvious.

However, one should also remember that there are chess talents who become giants almost overnight and the next morning are at a level that normal players only reach after years of very hard training.
Perhaps this extremely rare phenomenon applies to your friend.
So you know him personally and must have played over-the-board chess with him and know full well he isn't a particularly good player capable of that result (so must have cheated).
sorry but, he used computers assistance.

i dunno how he accept the draw with u.

he could destroy you
@Great_Southern_Snake
If he's really your friend you should talk to him and guide him properly and tell him that it's not correct way. He's your friend, you are responsible for helping him.
I don't understand cheating on lichess.

If there is money involved, of course it's still despicable but at least there is some logic behind it, but when you are on lichess and winning or losing doesn't matter, what do you even gain from that?

What do you do with money? Many people buy reputation.
What do you hope for by cheating? Reputation.

What reputation does a random lichess user gain?
We don't know each other, we are just faceless avatars.
