Variant: Cat chess

I do not ask for this to be done here now...just some ideas..

There are three sides in the game, white, black and feline.
The white and black sides consist of a normal army while the feline side consists of two cats.

A cat can not be captured, can move at most two steps in any direction at a time, can capture or push any piece(s) within its range.

The goal of the cats is to disrupt the game as much as possible. If either white or black wins then the felines lost. On the other hand, if white and black reaches a draw for any reason, (such as one side can move nothing partly because the cats have blocked the way) the feline side win.

The idea of cat chess comes from the thought of a cat jumps on a board and disrupt a chess game between two humans.
By the way, any piece pushed out of the board by a cat is considered captured.

What do you guys think about this variant?

Meow...
how many "cat pieces" are there? and the board would need to be substantially bigger, like a 10X10 grid ....
You could put it on a4 or a5 and h4 and h5....

I like this idea though. Deal with a distracter in a game of chess...
The board does not change. We can try where to put the cats. Putting them on d4 and d5 is also cute.
1.e4 e5 Cd2 eliminating the white queen..
This is not an anti-theory game...
Felines have a really huge advantage.
I think it would be best if white and black were allowed to team up. Then they could help each other reach checkmate before the cats win ('helpmate', in chess puzzle terms).

Also, cats shouldn't be allowed to push kings off the board.

As far as implementation on Lichess goes, that might be hard. But OTB might be fun.
I like the idea but I have some modification with easy implementation in mind and the role of the cat in the game.
1. The game is still between white and black
2. The cat is not on the board but will be dropped to capture a piece randomly. The white and black does not know about this even the gui does not know where the cat is going to capture or kick a piece out of the board. But it seems to me the cat likes to kick the piece that resembles like an animal on the board and that points to a knight :) After the first capture the cat again will kick another piece. To be fair, the cat is a able to kick one piece for white and one piece for black. After the kicks the cat will jump out of the board and the players would resume the game. No more cat this time because a dog is being brought in the vicinity of the playing area :)
3. There is a limit of what piece the cat will kick, it can be pawn or can be a minor piece this rule can be optimized to generate interesting game. The cat cannot also kick a piece where it would result the side not to move under check. E4 e5 nf3 nc6 bb5 d6, the cat cannot kick the knight in c6 because black will be under check and the side to move is white.
4. These kicks will happen only at opening stage.
